Refund policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction.

Exchanges:

Because you have never tried on this product, we offer free exchanges for a different size. Simply email us at info@alexastone.com and we will send you a shipping label via email (or, if that is not possible, we will mail it to you). We will send the new size immediately also free of charge. We offer one round of free shipping on exchanges for any reason. Note: some leather products may not be immediately in stock and so must be special ordered and will require a longer turn around for additional styles, sizes or colors. Any item special ordered is not returnable.

Returns:

Any unworn undamaged leather item may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size 7 days from the date of reported delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your reported delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be returned in the original packaging.

Please note: leather is a natural material and therefore is never perfect. We celebrate those imperfections in our leather just as we do in our tribe. Do not be alarmed be minor variations in color or texture.

Any unworn undamaged denim item may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size 14 days from the date of reported delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your reported delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be returned in the original packaging.

Gift cards never expire but are not eligible for return. Not exchangeable for cash.

Custom and special order items are not returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
